In reply to Bhavesh T. A great question. For Product Management & Strategy, I like "Inspired" by Marty Cagan. "Good Strategy/Bad Strategy" by Richard Rumelt is also excellent. "Blue Ocean Strategy" by Mauborgne and Kim is a classic. I hope these are useful.

Thanks for pointing out this error so I could correct it. The mission statement I had listed here – “establish Starbucks as the premier purveyor of the finest coffee in the world while maintaining our uncompromising principles as we grow” was current until 2008, at which time, Starbucks changed their mission statement to the one you kindly referred me to. The mission statement you have listed for Starbucks is not correct not when this article was written or currently. Their mission is to inspire and nurture the human spirit, one person, one cup, one neighborhood at a time.

‘The force is strong in this one’ – although inferred that Luke was naturally gifted with an over-abundance of ‘force’, he still needs to do extensive training to develop skills before he can utilise his talent. Luke also needs to complete his training even when the Jedi strikes back. Content is the same I’m sure, it would take practice and ‘training’ so that you are at one with the force in delivering great content!
